Really fantastic Drama movie, with deep message carried on. By far, India Song is one of the best online movie I have ever seen before. India Song is pretty damn good piece of history, it took my breath away!. I expected average crap movie at most, I received amazing movie. The direction is really abstract. Majestic pictures, great tempo and scenes. I liked all the characters, even the evil side, especially Michael Lonsdale. Not many "excellent" movies that have ever been created, but India Song, certainly is one of them. In conclusion India Song is just absolutely awesome. India Song is a living masterpiece. Plot of India Song
Poetic story about Anne-Marie Stretter, the wife of a French diplomat in India in 1930. At 18, she married a French colonial administrator, and went with him to the posting to Savannakhet, Laos. There she met her second husband, who took 17 years, and lived in several places in Asia. Now, in Calcutta, she takes lovers boredom in your life ease. Said in a very visual style with a small but steady dialogue voice-over narration of different characters.
