Really fantastic Action movie, with deep message carried on. For me, this movie deserves all the best. I still remember the first time I saw Emperor. Emperor has a reputation of one of the best movies of it's times. Emperor is Peter Webber's best one. I loved whole cast of Emperor, even the enemies of the main character. I liked Emperor from the first sight. Watch it and I'm sure you'll become a fan of Drama category movies too. Have a great time watching it.

Plot of Emperor

A story of love and understanding that is set in the tensions and uncertainties of the days immediately after Japan surrendered at the end of World War II. On the staff of General Douglas MacArthur (Jones), the real ruler of Japan as commander-in-chief of the occupying powers, the leading Japanese expert, General Bonner Fellers (Fox), has the task of making a decision of historical importance: should Emperor Hirohito go to court as a war criminal to be put and hung?
