Chicago Overcoat was a big surprise of 2009. It would be hard to find another performance made this good. The acting is just perfect. I saw this movie many times, really many times. Film with best plot ever, best directing and really good chosen actors. I loved whole cast of Chicago Overcoat, even the enemies of the main character. I liked Chicago Overcoat from the first sight. I'm sure that Chicago Overcoat will continue to live for next 100 years. In 2020 you have to watch Chicago Overcoat online.

Chicago Outfit was the strongest organized crime syndicate of the 20th century, and Lou Marazem (Frank Vincent) was their deadly killer. Twenty years after his most famous hits Lou wave a relic, Obscured forget his legend, his talents, and his days of glory above. When a high-profile representatives of the Union is arrested for tax evasion, the upper head of the costume (Armand Assante), muted by series of key witnesses before the government uncover a vast conspiracy by the police, mob city officials and troops.
